What goods can be returned
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", you can return or exchange the purchased Goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days (excluding the day of purchase) from the moment of its receipt at the company's warehouse or at the Nova Poshta branch.
Only new goods that have no traces of use and have not been in operation are subject to return, provided that:
its commercial appearance and consumer properties are preserved;
there are no traces of use and contamination;seals, labels, tags, protective films are preserved;factory markings are preserved;integrity, undamaged, preservation of all parts of the individual (factory) packaging;
Quality goods of the following categories are not subject to exchange or return:
thermal underwear;hosiery;personal hygiene products;medical products;earplugs.
Return procedure
To return the goods, you must:
Notify the seller of your intention to return the goods. To do this, call 044 333 48 64, any convenient messenger or email em.notorp%40viykt-snefed;
Describe the problem and defects of the goods in detail;
Provide a document confirming the fact of purchase of the goods ⃰ (commercial or electronic fiscal receipt, expense invoice in case of purchase for delivery).
Do not send the goods before agreeing on the return.
Methods of returning the goods
The return of the goods is carried out by the Nova Poshta delivery service.If the returned goods are of proper quality and in full condition - the sender pays for the delivery.If the goods are returned due to the fault of the seller - the recipient pays for the delivery.
When making a return package, be sure to indicate its estimated value in the amount equal to the sum of the value of all returned goods specified in the sales receipt. In case of loss or damage to the package, the cost of the goods will be reimbursed within the amount of the declared value specified by you.
If you send the package on the terms of payment by the recipient “cash on delivery”, the seller cannot receive it, and the goods will be returned to you, but the money for the goods will not be returned.
Refund for goods

● Bank institution;● Bank MFI;● Name of the recipient of the payment;● IBAN;● Recipient account;● Card currency;● Individual tax number of the recipient.
Term of payment of funds for the returned goods:
The funds are returned within 14 business days from the moment of receipt of the goods by the seller.
The term of the refund may be extended for the time of settlement of the following issues:
● the buyer did not provide all the components or accompanying documents;● the grounds for the return of the goods require confirmation (in particular, the presence or cause of defects in the goods, verification of the causes of their occurrence, inclusion of the goods in the list of those that are not subject to return);● the goods were lost/damaged by the delivery service;● the buyer did not provide details for crediting the refund.Warranty
The manufacturer provides a warranty for the goods for a period of 14 days to 12 months.The warranty period depends on the product group and is indicated in the product card.If the term is not specified, the warranty for such goods is not provided.
